Hello. My name is Charlie Toyosu. I am a Japanese living in Kamakura City in Japan. Two mohnts ago, January 7th, 2011, the Mayer of Kamakura City, Mr. Takashi Matuso declared C2C City Management in the press conference. We are at the stage of ground- work of programing how C2C concept can apply to city management. As we know, there are already other cities in the world, where you started the C2C management of your city, or already has many success in doing so.Is there any one who can kindly help us to introduce your C2C program?
